Termino is a type of movement performed by Peruvian Pasos, originating from the shoulder. Termino is not the same as winging which is a conformation fault.

As the motion originates in the shoulder rather than the knee, it is termino rather than winging which originates in the knee or fetlock.
However, this horse is somewhat base wide and does not land square in front, so I would be hesitant to use this clip as an example of termino. There is no perfect horse, but this one does move from side to side because he/she is base wide. Jocelyn Hastie
